How many rooms are in the hotel?
20 rooms! In order to take care of each and every one of our guests.
Is there a concierge service?
Yes, the hotel reception team will be delighted to help you, advise you and make reservations for you (restaurants, shows, excursions, transportation, etc.)
Is it possible to add an extra bed or crib in the room?
Unfortunately, we cannot add an extra bed. However, our family rooms are very popular. As for a crib, don't worry. We can provide you with one (in Club Rooms or Superior Rooms only). This service is free.
Is it a problem if I arrive before 3pm?
No, don't worry. Either we store your luggage at no additional cost so that you can enjoy Paris "hands-free" or your room is ready upon your arrival and we will be happy to accompany you there.
Is Internet access available throughout the hotel? Is it free?
Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the entire hotel (rooms and common areas). For guests who do not have a personal computer, we also have a free business center which provides access to the Internet and e-mail. Free printing at the front desk.
Is breakfast served in the room?
Yes, and for no additional fee. You can also have breakfast in one of our different lounges.
Can I plug in and use my electrical devices in the hotel?
Adapters are available on request at the front desk. Electrical voltage in France is 230 V. If one of your devices has a different voltage, we advise you to make arrangements.
Are there rooms for smokers?
No, the entire hotel is non-smoking.
Are pets allowed?
Is there a parking lot?
No, the hotel does not have a parking lot. Paid street parking is limited to 2 hours and spots are often hard to find. It is best to park your car in a nearby parking garage, which offers discount rates based on the duration.

Does the price include tax?
Yes, VAT included. Only the tourist tax (€2.48 per person per day) is not included. So if 2 of you stay one night, it costs an additional €4.96.
Are there buses and metros nearby?
Yes, we are fortunate to be in the middle of 3 different metro lines (4,12, 6). Several bus lines and the RER B train (direct line to the airport) are also close by.
Is it possible to pick me up at the airport or train station?
Yes, we have a transfer service with a private company. Just contact the front desk and our receptionist will give you the rates and the information (train or flight number, time and date of arrival, number of people) we need to organize everything.
I loved the scent of the hotel. Where can I find it?
It is not sold in stores because we created it specifically for the hotel. However, since many of our guests have been asking for it, we now sell a scented candle with that scent.
